Shaunna and the Buds team took care of our pets for 10+ years, from dog walking to field trips to petsitting and overnights. This team knows how to care for pets of all kinds, ages and personalities. But more than that, this team loves them like their own and takes genuine pleasure in making them comfortable and happy. So many times I came home to see that extra touch. The litter area extra clean. Somebody newly brushed. A little note about a cute thing that happened. Even a trip to the pet store when the food ran low and an emergency vet visit when one was critically ill. I recently moved out of the area and had the unfortunate task of finding a new service. I've found someone to feed the cats and scoop the litter but it's just not the same. Buds is one of a kind, second to none and any pet who enjoys their service is a lucky one.

I cannot recommend Shaunna and Buds high enough! My dogs count the minutes until they get picked up and whisk away for a day of fun and adventure at the farm. We actually have to spell out Shaunna’s name or risk a flurry of excitement at the mear mention of ‘Miss Shaunna’ or ‘going to work’. We’ve been so fortunate to have our neighbor recommend Shaunna. We adopted Dakota last April and Shaunna has been a life saver while I’ve been away visiting my mother. From the moment I met her it was quite obvious the connection she feels toward animals. She spent a good deal of time with me our first meeting which to a first time pet parent really put me at ease. Two days ago my husband and I realized last minute that we would be away for 5+ hours and contacted Shaunna and luckily for us Sarah happened to have a cancellation. Shaunna personally met Sarah to go over Dakota’s routine and walked me through the new Bud’s portal and it was as she said very user friendly. I highly recommend Bud’s not only for the personal service Shaunna provides but especially for the love and care she demonstrates while looking after our Dakota.

We recently were away for two weeks and Buds took care of our two cats. When we arrived home, we found two happy, untraumatized cats who were happy to see us, but not stressed out, like they have been on other occasions. We got several updates while we were away, and could not be more pleased with the service we received. We’re already planning our next trip, and using Buds again is at the top of our list.

Shaunna and the Buds gang have been taking care of our first child/poochie for over 6 years and the best way to describe them is, well, they are awesome! Caring, responsible, and always going above and beyond...from cutting nails to weekly urine tests, from giving various medications throughout the day to driving our pup to the Vet when she was very sick, we always know that she is being very well cared for and getting lots of love! Our pup always looks forward to her daily walks and loves staying at home with Shaunna while we are away. Hands down, they are the best!

The people at Buds have been taking care of my special-needs pets for many years, and they are the only reason I feel comfortable traveling. I don’t have to wonder. My animals WILL get their medications, they WILL get fed their prescription foods exactly as I ask, and they will be happy and playful and contented when I come home. It’s such a relief not to have to worry, and it’s all because of these guys and their work. Sometimes you CAN buy peace of mind.
